Stays between April 1st and September 30th:
· April & May = 630,00€ /week
· June = 840,00€ /week
· July & September = 1.120,00€/week
· August = 1.575,00€ /week
Includes Water + Electricity utilities up to 100,00€/month
Includes 1 Cleaning service, 1 exchange of towels and 1 exchange of linens every 4 days
Includes 4 capsules of Nespresso coffee for the apartment’s Nespresso Coffee Machine (Extra Nespresso Coffee 10 capsules = 4,50€)
Apartment’s maximum capacity: 2 Adults + 2 Children up to 12 years old
Payment conditions:
- At Check-in payment of 3 Months in advance
(for stays of 1 year with entrance between January and August: at Check-in, 6 months of advanced payment will be requested)
